Midsummer 2025

Dear Members,

Save the date, Saturday June 21st, and join us for Midsummer celebrations in Moreland Hills. The Nilsson family is graciously hosting. Some of our typical activities include: Maypole cladding and raising, singing & dancing “Små Grodorna” and other traditional songs and dances, tipsrunda (quiz), zipline for the younger children just to name a few.

Last year’s pole raising was a bit sketchy at first; but surely this year will be a success too. Bring your strong and steady arms and hands.

The event is a potluck event and the sign up list is TBD.

Bring greenery like leafy twigs etc., and flowers to dress the Maypole.
